Femoral angiogram performed under anaesthesia.

Would a 21270 (Anaesthesia for procedures involving arteries of upper leg, including bypass graft, not being a service to which another item in this subgroup applies) be the appropriate code?

21270 is probably the correct item number as it fits the description.

If the femoral angiogram entry point is a more distal artery 21918 may be more appropriate "INITIATION OF MANAGEMENT OF ANAESTHESIA for retrograde arteriogram: brachial or femoral"
